Rights and ownership:

Vogue Hospitality maintains Rights and Ownership to all products and those shall be for the exclusive use for the client/projects--upon payment of all fees.

Third party contracts:

Vogue Hospitality may contract with other creative professionals to provide services related to photography, or usage of material provided to the client/hotel project for their marketing/website/portfolio development. Subsequently, any design created by Vogue for one project could also be used for multiple projects at Vogue's discretion.

Communication:

The Staff of Vogue Hospitality will be available to answer any of your questions via phone-call or email (Contact us Page).

Payment schedule

To commence work on any project, the client shall make a down-payment of 50%.

The project can be scheduled once the payment is received.  The remaining 50% will be payable in Two increments. 30% of Which will be paid before shipping, and the remainder 20% at the time of shipping/delivery.

Please note, Vogue Hospitality may alter this schedule on case-by-case basis.

Delayed payment

If the project is underway, and Vogue Hospitality is not paid, an interest fee will be charged to the client. Vogue hospitality also reserves the right to put additional liens on the property/project and/or take necessary legal action to enforce the same. 

We reserve the right to withhold supply of goods which may also include recalling services 

The Client will be liable for all Orders that have been placed. At no time the order shall be cancelled.

Confidentiality

The client shall inform

Vogue Hospitality in writing before the project commences if any portion of any material or information provided by the client or if any portion of the project is confidential.

  1. Advice of any loss, quality, or damage issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any kind of material needed by Vogue to substantiate the loss/damages (in form of photos, notes, testimonials) will be provided by the client. Similarly, Vogue Hospitality shall not be held liable for mishandling of goods by any personnel at the job-site; and will take no responsibility on goods that are handled and stored by the client. It is solely the client's responsibility to offload/store/install/utilize products once the goods have been received. Vogue Hospitality will not be liable in any respect of any claim unless the aforementioned requirements have been complied with.
  2. Every endeavor will be made to deliver the correct printed quantity ordered. Vogue Hospitality maintains the right to change/alter ordered amounts in the client's best interest.
  3. Vogue Hospitality shall be under no liability if it should be unable to carry out any provision of the contract for any reason beyond its control including, but not limited to, Act of God, Legislation, War, Act of Terrorism, Fire, Flood, Drought, Failure of power supply, Lock out, Strikes, and International Trade Agreements. All attempts will be made by Vogue Hospitality to inform the client of those factors and how it may/may not impair timely provision of services.
